Welcome to Empire Fishing and Boating, a division of Empire Yacht Rigging Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.empirefishingandboating.com (“Site”) and the purchase of products and services from us. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1 Our business is registered in New South Wales, Australia.
1.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
1.3 By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Products and Orders
2.1 We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors may occur.
2.2 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
2.4 Orders will be confirmed via email once payment has been received.

3. Payment
3.1 We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, plus cash for in-store purchases
3.2 All payments must be made in full before products are shipped.
3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are correct.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We ship Australia-wide, with some limitations on bulky and dangerous goods. Some rural areas may attract additional fees and incur additional shipping times based on the coverage areas of our nominated postal/courier services
4.2 Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by postal/courier services or other factors beyond our control.
4.3 Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
5.1 Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
5.2 You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
5.3 If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, please contact us at info@empirefishingandboating.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
5.4 Change-of-mind returns are accepted at our discretion and may be subject to conditions (e.g., goods must be unused, unopened, and returned at your expense).
