Ordering & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and of course, cash. All payments are processed securely, and your details are protected.

Q: Are your prices in Australian Dollars?
Yes – all prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

 

Q: Will I get an invoice?
Yes – you’ll receive an order confirmation and tax invoice by email once your order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes! We ship to all states and territories across Australia.  Some restrictions and additional shipping costs and times may vary for rural and special delivery areas as defined by Australia Post.  If you have any questions about shipping to a particular are, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help.

Q: How long will delivery take?

  • Standard delivery: 3-7 business days

  • Express delivery: 1-3 business days
    Rural and remote areas may take longer.

 

Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery option.

 

Q: Can I track my order?
Yes – most orders include tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking details once your package has shipped.

 

Returns & Refunds

Q: What if my item is faulty or damaged?
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we’ll arrange a refund, repair, or replacement in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, in most cases – provided the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging. You’ll need to notify us within 30 days, and return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Q: Are there any items I can’t return?
Yes – due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods, cosmetics, personal items, custom orders, or digital products (unless faulty).

 

Privacy & Security

Q: Is my payment information safe?
Yes – all payments are encrypted and processed securely. We never store your card details.
